Ime jela potje\u010de od njema\u010dke rije\u010di <em>schmaltz<\/em>, \u0161to zna\u010di masno\u0107a, a postupak pripreme uklju\u010duje kuhanje mahuna i njihovo pr\u017eenje na masno\u0107i s kru\u0161nim mrvicama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S obzirom na jednostavnost pripreme i mali broj sastojaka, vrlo je lako prilago\u0111avati ovo jelo vlastitom ukusu odabirom razli\u010ditih masno\u0107a. Ovisno o osobnim preferencijama, to mogu biti maslac, ulje, svinjska mast ili pr\u017eeni sitno kosani \u0161pek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"recept\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>500 grama zelenih ili \u017eutih mahuna<br>100 g maslaca<br>70 g kru\u0161nih mrvica<br>2 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka<br>sol i papar<br>mu\u0161katni ora\u0161\u010di\u0107 (prema \u017eelji)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u010distite i nare\u017eite mahune. Stavite ih kuhati u ve\u0107i lonac s posoljenom vodom paze\u0107i da ih ne prekuhate. Neka budu lagano <em>al dente<\/em>, \u0161to zna\u010di da se trebaju kuhati desetak minuta. Koristite li smrznute mahune, slijedite upute s pakiranja. Dodajte sitno nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak i pr\u017eite ga kratko, otprilike jednu minutu, dok ne zamiri\u0161e. Zatim dodajte kru\u0161ne mrvice i pr\u017eite ih dok ne dobiju zlatno-sme\u0111u boju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to su mahune kuhane, ocijedite ih i dodajte u tavu s pr\u017eenim kru\u0161nim mrvicama. Posolite ih, dodajte malo papra i po \u017eelji naribanog mu\u0161katnog ora\u0161\u010di\u0107a. Sve dobro promije\u0161ajte i pr\u017eite zajedno jo\u0161 minutu do dvije, dok se svi okusi ne pro\u017emu.
