I ba\u0161 zato, donosimo vam recept koji je koristila najpoznatija promotorica francuske kuhinje <strong>Julia Child<\/strong> (1912.-2004.), a zabilje\u017eila ga je i u svojoj kultno kuharici <em>Mastering the Art of French Cooking<\/em> (eng. Savladavanje umije\u0107a francuske kuhinje).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rije\u010d je o aromati\u010dnom i bogatom umaku od raj\u010dice s lukom, \u010de\u0161njakom i bosiljkom, oboga\u0107enom mirisnim notama naran\u010dine kore i sjemenki korijandera. Pripremite ga kada je vrt pun so\u010dnih crvenih plodova, zamrznite ga u plasti\u010dnim vre\u0107icama i koristite dok ga ne ponestane. Dodajte luk, pospite ga solju i <em>dinstajte <\/em>desetak minuta dok ne omek\u0161a, ali ne smije posme\u0111iti. Posipajte bra\u0161nom i dr\u017eite na vatri jo\u0161 tri minute, povremeno mije\u0161aju\u0107i. Ne dopustite da bra\u0161no potamni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodajte raj\u010dice, \u0161e\u0107er, \u010de\u0161njak, za\u010dinsko bilje u gazi, komora\u010d, bosiljak, \u0161afran, korijander, naran\u010dinu koru i \u017eli\u010dicu soli na dinstani luk s bra\u0161nom. Pokrijte i kuhajte polako desetak minuta kako bi raj\u010dice pustile \u0161to vi\u0161e soka. Zatim otkrijte i kuhajte na laganoj vatri oko sat vremena, dok ne postane gusto. Umak je gotov kada ima potpuno kuhan okus i dovoljno je gust da se mo\u017ee oblikovati na \u017elici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Izvadite gazu sa za\u010dinskim biljem i ku\u0161ajte. Za\u010dinite solju, paprom, \u0161e\u0107erom i kuhajte jo\u0161 dvije minute. Umak se mo\u017ee odmah koristiti, mo\u017eete ga nekoliko dana \u010duvati u hladnjaku ili zamrznuti u porcijama.
