Za razliku od ljetnih tikvica, rije\u010d je o tikvi koja, zbog svoje \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e konzistencije i deblje kore, dobro podnosi skladi\u0161tenje pa se lako mo\u017ee \u010duvati do prolje\u0107a. Iako \u0107e, zahvaljuju\u0107i metaboli\u010dkim procesima koji se odvijaju u \u017eivom plodu biti sve sla\u0111a i sla\u0111a kako se primi\u010de prolje\u0107e, \u0161to se mnogima ne\u0107e svidjeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sama je sorta, prema vrtlarskoj literaturi, kreirana \u010detrdesetih godina pro\u0161log stolje\u0107a u Sjedinjenim Dr\u017eavama i od tada je osvojila svijet svojom glatkom kremastom teksturom i ora\u0161astim okusom. Upravo se zbog toga na engleskom govornom podru\u010dju naziva <em>butternut<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih na\u010dina na koji se ova tikva priprema je <em>bisque<\/em>. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e varijante uklju\u010duju <em>bisque <\/em>od bundeve, raj\u010dice, gljiva i crvene paprike. U nastavku donosimo jedan od najpopularnijih recepata za <em>bisque <\/em>od mu\u0161katne tikve. Recept je dovoljan za \u0161est porcija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"recept\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1 velika mu\u0161katna tikva ili 1 (oko 570 g) vre\u0107ica smrznute mu\u0161katne tikve<br>1\/2 \u0161alice mladog luka (vlasca), nasjeckanog<br>3 \u0161alice povrtnog ili pile\u0107eg temeljca s malo soli<br>2 mrkve, oguljene i narezane<br>1 jabuka, nasjeckana<br>1 krumpir, oguljen i nasjeckan<br>1 veliki luk, nasjeckan<br>2 \u010de\u0161nja \u010de\u0161njaka (ili 1 \u017elica nasjeckanog \u010de\u0161njaka)<br>1 \u017eli\u010dica suhog origana<br>1\/2 \u017eli\u010dice suhog ru\u017emarina<br>140 g kondenziranog mlijeka s niskim udjelom masno\u0107e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Operite, ogulite, odstranite sjemenke i grubo nasjeckajte tikvu. Ako koristite smrznutu tikvu, presko\u010dite ovaj korak. U lonac od tri litre stavite mladi luk, tikvu, temeljac, mrkvu, jabuku, krumpir, luk, \u010de\u0161njak, origano i ru\u017emarin. Pokrijte i kuhajte na srednje jakoj vatri dok povr\u0107e ne omek\u0161a, oko 30 minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je povr\u0107e kuhano, usitnite \u0161tapnim mikserom ili u blenderu. Umije\u0161ajte evaporirano mlijeko. Mo\u017eete ga dodati prema vlastitom naho\u0111enju vi\u0161e ili manje od grama\u017ee preporu\u010dene receptom, ovisno o gusto\u0107i samog <em>bisquea<\/em>.
