No obje radnje jednako su dobre za na\u0161 um i tijelo kao i gledanje dokumentaraca<strong> Sir Davida Attenborougha<\/strong>, pokazala je nova studija. Psiholog sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta Coventry, <strong>Miguel Farias<\/strong>, zajedno s kolegama znanstvenicima s Novog Zelanda i iz Nizozemske, \u017eelio je provjeriti donose li navedene metode kakvo pravo pobolj\u0161anje.<\/p>\n<p>Prate\u0107i 22 volontera, do\u0161li su do zaklju\u010dka kako meditacija i svjesnost doprinose otvorenosti i empatiji otprilike jednako kao i gledanje televizije i to Attenboroughovih dokumentaraca, pi\u0161e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thetimes.co.uk\/article\/attenborough-just-as-good-for-the-soul-as-mindfulness-mf07dg82b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Times<\/a>.
