Upravo je za BBC objavila novu kuharicu &#8220;Mary: Moji 90 najboljih recepata&#8221;, koja donosi kulinarske standarde; od slanih klasika do nezaboravnih slastica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Knjiga prati istoimenu televizijsku seriju u kojoj Mary dijeli savjete i pri\u010de iz \u017eivota: od dana kada je kao mlada kuharica u\u010dila u Parizu, do vremena kad je osvajala gledatelje kao sutkinja popularnog <em>Great British Bake Offa<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kako sama ka\u017ee, recepti su jednostavni, provjereni i stvoreni za dijeljenje s obitelji i prijateljima. A jedan od najomiljenijih je kola\u010d od mrkve s glazurom od sira. Namastite i oblo\u017eite papirom dno dva kalupa za torte promjera 20 centimetara. U velikoj zdjeli izmije\u0161ajte jaja, oba \u0161e\u0107era, ulje i vaniliju. Dodajte zgnje\u010dene banane, sitno ribanu mrkvu, bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i za\u010dine pa kratko izmiksajte dok se sastojci ne spoje. Ne pretjerujte s mije\u0161anjem. Smjesu podijelite u kalupe i pecite 35\u201340 minuta, dok kola\u010d ne porumeni i ne naraste. Ohladite 10 minuta u kalupu, zatim izvadite i ostavite da se potpuno ohladi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za kremu izmiksajte maslac, vaniliju i \u0161e\u0107er u prahu. Dodajte krem sir i mije\u0161ajte dok ne postane glatko i pahuljasto. Jedan biskvit prema\u017eite kremom, stavite drugi odozgo i ostatkom prema\u017eite cijeli kola\u010d.
