Ispod njezine glatke be\u017e kore krije se naran\u010dasto meso slatkastog, bogatog i ora\u0161astog okusa koji podsje\u0107a na bundevu, ali je bla\u017ee i kremastije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim \u0161to je prepuna beta-karotena koji \u010duva vid i ko\u017eu, mu\u0161katna tikva iznimno je svestrana u kuhinji. Mo\u017ee se pe\u0107i, kuhati, pasirati, puniti, dodavati u juhe i ri\u017eota, a zahvaljuju\u0107i svojoj prirodnoj slatko\u0107i, izvrsno se uklapa i u razne deserte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pripremu slastica obi\u010dno se koristi pire od mu\u0161katne tikve, koji je vrlo jednostavno napraviti. Tikvu prere\u017eite napola, izvadite sjemenke i pecite na 200 \u00b0C oko 40 minuta, dok ne omek\u0161a. U nastavku donosimo recept za 12 bogatih <em>muffina <\/em>od mu\u0161katne tikve i cimeta. Rije\u010d je o savr\u0161enoj jesenskoj slastici kompleksnog okusa koja se jednostavno i brzo priprema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"recept\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sastojci<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>225 g glatkog bra\u0161na<br>pra\u0161ak za pecivo<br>1 razom puna \u017elica cimeta (ili manje, ako volite bla\u017ee)<br>100 g bijelog \u0161e\u0107era<br>50 g sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era<br>200 g pirea od mu\u0161katne tikve<br>2 jaja<br>125 g otopljenog maslaca<br>prstohvat soli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Priprema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zagrijte pe\u0107nicu na 200 \u00b0C (ili 180 \u00b0C s ventilatorom) i oblo\u017eite kalup za 12 <em>muffina <\/em>papirnatim ko\u0161aricama. U ve\u0107oj zdjeli pomije\u0161ajte bra\u0161no, pra\u0161ak za pecivo, cimet i obje vrste \u0161e\u0107era. Ako ima grudica sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era, razmrvite ih prstima. U drugoj posudi izmije\u0161ajte pire od tikve i jaja, zatim dodajte otopljeni maslac. Spojite suhe i mokre sastojke te kratko izmiksajte, tek toliko da se sve pove\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rasporedite smjesu u kalupe i pecite 15 minuta, dok <em>muffini<\/em> ne poprime zlatnu boju i \u010da\u010dkalica umetnuta u sredinu ne iza\u0111e suha. Ohladite ih na re\u0161etki. U hermeti\u010dki zatvorenoj posudi mogu stajati do tri dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za poseban jesenski \u0161tih dodajte \u0161aku nasjeckanih oraha ili \u010dokoladnih kapljica.
