Ova kremasta poslastica za koju ne trebate ni uklju\u010diti pe\u0107nicu pravi je spas u svakoj prilici. Treba vam tek nekoliko osnovnih sastojaka iz smo\u010dnice, a rezultat je lagan, svilenkast i savr\u0161eno osvje\u017eavaju\u0107i <em>cheesecake<\/em> s limunom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posebno je prakti\u010dan kada vam se na vratima pojave nenajavljeni gosti, a \u017eelite ih odu\u0161eviti desertom koji izgleda kao da ste ga pripremali satima. U malom loncu otopite maslac, maknite s vatre pa umije\u0161ajte sme\u0111i \u0161e\u0107er i mljevene kekse. Dno kalupa za torte (promjera oko 20 cm, s odvojivim rubom) oblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje, a zatim utisnite smjesu od keksa. Stavite u hladnjak da se stisne dok pripremate kremu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U posudi izmiksajte mascarpone, bijeli \u0161e\u0107er, naribanu koricu i sok limuna dok ne dobijete glatku, svilenkastu kremu. Rasporedite je po ohla\u0111enoj podlozi i zagladite povr\u0161inu. Hladite u hladnjaku najmanje dva sata, a idealno preko no\u0107i. Prije poslu\u017eivanja po \u017eelji ukrasite tankim kri\u0161kama limuna ili fino naribanom koricom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako nemate mascarpone, mo\u017eete ga zamijeniti klasi\u010dnim krem sirom.
