To je prvi takav program u Velikoj Britaniji, a cilj mu je smanjiti probleme s visokom tlakom, tjeskobom, smanjenim osje\u0107ajem sre\u0107e i sli\u010dnim tegobama.<\/p>\n<p>Program je upotpunjen raznim prijedlozima za boravak u prirodi: u velja\u010di se na primjer preporu\u010duje da napravite malu vjetrenja\u010du kako biste u\u017eivali u vjetru; u o\u017eujku se zaputite do neke pla\u017ee i napravite mala umjetni\u010dka djela koriste\u0107i materijale koje ondje na\u0111ete ili posudite psa te po\u0111ite s njim u \u0161etnju; u travnju \u201edotaknite more\u201c ili napravite \u201ehotel za bube\u201c; u svibnju \u201ezaronite svoje lice u svje\u017eu travu\u201c; u srpnju odaberite dvije razli\u010dite vrste trave i dobro ih prou\u010dite; u kolovozu potra\u017eite crvi\u0107e koji \u017eive u zemlji; u rujnu pomozite o\u010distiti pla\u017eu ili napravite obrok na otvorenom; u listopadu po\u010dnite cijeniti oblake; u studenom upoznajte konje; u prosincu nahranite ptice u svojem vrtu ili parku. To su samo neki od prijedloga, a lije\u010dnik mo\u017ee predlo\u017eiti jo\u0161 aktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Dokazi o koristi boravka u prirodi su brojni. Ako svaki dan provedete barem 90 minuta u parku ili \u0161umi, smanjit \u0107ete aktivnosti mozga povezane s depresijom.
