Tripice (fileki), jetrica, bubrezi, srce &#8230; samo su neke od iznutrica od kojih se mogu slo\u017eiti fina jela. Ovog puta kod mene se radili sa pile\u0107im \u017eelucima sa grahom kao gusto varivo na \u017elicu. Po \u017eelji se mo\u017ee pripremiti gu\u0161\u0107e ili vi\u0161e ju\u0161no. Dodatak crnog vina i octa daju ovom jelu laganu kiselkastu notu koja se mo\u017ee dodatno razbla\u017eiti s malo vode. Namo\u010deni grah staviti kuhati u novu vodu, kad je kuhan, skinuti s vatre i staviti sa strane. Pile\u0107e \u017eeluce izrezati na plo\u0161ke. Narezani luk popr\u017eiti na ulju (mo\u017ee se koristiti samo maslinovo ili moje\u0161ano ulje, po \u017eelji), kad omek\u0161a dodati \u017eeluce, nasjeckani \u010de\u0161njak i per\u0161in. Za\u010diniti solju i paprom te dinstati 10 &#8211; 15 minuta dok \u017eeluci ne omek\u0161aju. Podliti s vodom, dodati lovorov list, koncentrat raj\u010dice i kuhati 30 minuta na laganoj vatri.
