I dok se ve\u0107ina recepata za dug \u017eivot svodi na pravilnu prehranu, redovitu tjelovje\u017ebu i izbjegavanje stresa, prona\u0161li smo jo\u0161 jedan savjet koji \u0107e vam, sigurni smo, biti drago slijediti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naime, <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/news.o2.co.uk\/press-release\/science-says-gig-going-can-help-you-live-longer-and-increases-wellbeing\/\" target=\"_blank\">istra\u017eivanje<\/a> koje je proveo bihevioralni psiholog <strong>Patrick Fagan<\/strong> pokazalo je da redoviti odlazak na koncerte produljuje \u017eivot za \u010dak devet godina. Logika je sljede\u0107a: glazba u\u017eivo poti\u010de osje\u0107aj zadovoljstva samim sobom, povezuje nas s drugima na koncertu i stimulira mo\u017edanu aktivnost na na\u010din da se osje\u0107amo dobro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prema ovom istra\u017eivanju, postoji pozitivna korelacija izme\u0111u u\u010destalosti posjeta koncertima i nastupima u\u017eivo i op\u0107eg osje\u0107aja sre\u0107e.
