Na dobro zagrijanom maslinovom ulju pr\u017eiti luk uz dodatak bu\u0107inih sjemenki. kad luk omek\u0161a dodati mrkvu i krumpir, popr\u017eiti, a zatim dodati tikvu. Za\u010diniti sa malo soli i zaliti sa 1 1\/2 litrom vode. Promije\u0161ati, poklopiti i pustiti da zakuha. Kuhati 30 do 45 minuta na laganoj vatri. Po potrebi jo\u0161 za\u010diniti. Juhu maknuti sa vatre, dodati vrhnje i bu\u010dino ulje te \u0161tapnim mikserom sve dobro izmiksati.
