Uzgojili su ga otomanski vo\u0107ari sredinom 19. stolje\u0107a, a nazvan je po gradu Jaffi. Ova naran\u010da se smatra jednim od najva\u017enijih izvoznih proizvoda iz po\u010detaka izraelske dr\u017eave. Mije\u0161ajte kuha\u010dom (ili mikserom na najmanjoj\nbrzini) kratko, dok se ne dobije jednoli\u010dna smjesa. Izlijte u kalup za tortu\nkojem ste na dno stavili papir za pe\u010denje. Pecite 30 minuta na 180\u00b0C ili dok\n\u010da\u010dkalica ne iza\u0111e \u010dista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pra\u0161ak za puding od vanilije izmije\u0161ajte sa \u0161e\u0107erom i agar-agarom (ako \u017eelite da krema ispadne \u010dvr\u0161\u0107a i \u017eelatinoznija). Pomalo dodajte 2 dl soka od naran\u010de i mije\u0161ajte dok ne nestanu grudice. Izlijte u zakuhali ostatak soka od naran\u010de i kuhajte 2-3 minute nakon \u0161to po\u010dne ponovno kuhati. Izlijte na hladan biskvit i dobro protresite kako bi se zaravnalo. Mo\u017eete zagladiti mokrom \u017elicom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na pari otopite \u010dokoladu, maslac i ulje te prelijte po mlakom ili na sobnu temperaturu ohla\u0111enom kola\u010du. Pustite da se ohladi u hladnjaku i servirajte rezano na kri\u0161ke. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mo\u017ee i druga\u010dije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kremu je mogu\u0107e zamijeniti Dr. Oetkerovim Jaffa pudingom koji pripremite prema uputama s vre\u0107ice.
