Sre\u0107om, kad stvari na poslu, u \u0161koli ili obitelji postanu doista te\u0161ke, postoje razli\u010diti trikovi kojima se mo\u017eemo poslu\u017eiti kako bismo smirili \u017eivce, pi\u0161e portal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/melanie-curtin\/neuroscience-says-listening-to-this-one-song-reduces-anxiety-by-up-to-65-percent.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Inc.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedan od tih magi\u010dnih trikova je slaganje liste omiljene glazbe za slu\u0161anje uz koju \u0107emo se lak\u0161e opustiti. Terapija zvukom i glazbom ve\u0107 je dugo popularna kao u\u010dinkovit na\u010din rje\u0161avanja stresa. \u010covjek oduvijek koristi glazbu i zvuk kako bi se osje\u0107ao bolje. No neuroznanstvenici iz Velike Britanije sada su ustanovili koji to tonovi i zvukovi naju\u010dinkovitije opu\u0161taju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje je provedeno na ispitanicima koji su zamoljeni da odgovore na niz pitanja i rije\u0161e niz zagonetki dok su spojeni na senzore. Zagonetke su ih izlagale odre\u0111enoj razini stresa, a sudionici su uz to slu\u0161ali i odre\u0111enu glazbu. Slu\u0161anje kompozicije &#8220;Weightless&#8221; rezultiralo je nevjerojatnim smanjenjem sveukupne tjeskobe za \u010dak 65 posto te smanjenjem ostalih parametara stresa za 35 posto. Grupa glazbenika koja ju je skladala, <strong>Marconi Union<\/strong>, u\u010dinila je to u suradnji sa zvukovnim terapeutima. Pa\u017eljivo aran\u017eirana harmonija, ritam i bas linija poma\u017eu usporiti rad srca, sni\u017eavaju krvni tlak i razinu hormona stresa kortizola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kad je rije\u010d o tjeskobi i stresu, ulog ne mo\u017ee biti ve\u0107i. Stres nagla\u0161ava ili pove\u0107ava rizik od raznih bolesti poput onih srca, zatom depresije, gastrointestinalnih problema, astme i mnogih drugih. \u0160tovi\u0161e, nedavna studija koju je proveo tin znanstvenika s Harvarda i Stanforda ustanovio je da stres uzrokovan poslom mo\u017ee biti okida\u010d za razvoj dijabetesa i Alzheimerove bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U vremenu stalnog bombardiranja informacijama, znanost je jasna: ako \u017eelite da va\u0161i um i tijelo potraju i dobro vas slu\u017ee, primarno je da im omogu\u0107ite da se odmore.
