Rije\u010d je, naime, o vo\u0107u koje je plod zeljaste biljke. No peteljke njenog ogromnog li\u0161\u0107a sla\u017eu se u prividno deblo pa mnogi ka\u017eu da je rije\u010d o &#8220;stablu banane&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brojne vrste banana imaju razli\u010ditu primjenu. Plodovi \u0161krobnatih neslatkih vrsta peku se i kuhaju pa pripadaju takozvanoj slanoj kuhinji. Od nekih se vrsta priprema bra\u0161no, a slu\u017ee i za proizvodnju alkohola. Postoji i vrsta od koje se plete u\u017ead, dok se malobrojne &#8220;slatke vrste&#8221; jedu kao sirovo vo\u0107e, a i sjajno se prera\u0111uju u slastice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internet obiluje bezbrojnim receptima za &#8220;banana&#8221; kola\u010de, no ve\u0107ina od njih s bananom nemaju veze, ve\u0107 dodatkom umjetne arome poku\u0161avaju glumiti popularne industrijske \u010dokoladne bananice. Ili se banane pola\u017eu na biskvit, prije nego li ih se zabetonira slojem pudinga ili slasti\u010darske kreme. Dodajte prosijano bra\u0161no i pra\u0161ak za pecivo pa sve\njo\u0161 kratko izmije\u0161ajte. Kako nam je cilj dobiti dvije kore, lim (cca. 27&#215;35 cm)\noblo\u017eite papirom za pe\u010denje pa u njega izlijte polovicu smjese. Pecite 20\nminuta na 180\u00b0C. Ponovite s drugom polovicom. Ohladite kore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na 6 dl mlijeka skuhajte 2 pudinga i \u0161e\u0107er. Ohladite na sobnu temperaturu. Oguljene banane izradite vilicom pa mikserom doradite dok ne postanu teku\u0107e. Dodajte sok polovine ili cijelog limunu (prema \u017eelji), ako \u017eelite da vam krema manje potamni. U ohla\u0111eni puding mikserom utucite omek\u0161ali maslac pa sjedinite sa izra\u0111enim bananama. Podijelite u dva dijela i prema\u017eite kore tako da gornji sloj bude krema. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojke za glazuru otopite na pari ili na elektri\u010dnom\n\u0161tednjaku uz najni\u017eu temperaturu. Prelijte preko kola\u010da prije nego \u0161to ga\nstavite u hladnjak.
