A zapravo, pun\u010d je pi\u0107e \u010diju su recepturu moreplovci u 17.\nstolje\u0107u donijeli iz Indije i koje se brzinom svjetlosti pro\u0161irilo po salonima\ntada\u0161nje engleske elite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sam naziv potje\u010de iz sanskrta. Rije\u010d <em>panca<\/em> ozna\u010dava broj pet, budu\u0107i da se pi\u0107e pripremalo od pet sastojaka; alkohola, \u0161e\u0107era, limuna, vode i \u010daja ili za\u010dina. Europljani su u njega potrpali sva\u0161ta; med, vo\u0107e pa \u010dak i razne vrste rakija. No najpopularniji dodatak mu je rum pa vo\u0107no-rumastu aromu danas zovemo pun\u010dem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upravo je takva jednostavna i pomalo staromodna slastica \u010diju vam isprobanu recepturu nudimo i koja mo\u017eda ne\u0107e odu\u0161eviti djecu, ali \u0107e goditi zrelim nepcima. U to dodati dva cijela jaja, \u0161e\u0107er i vanilin\n\u0161e\u0107er pa zamijesiti u podatno tijesto uz dodatak mlijeka. Podijeliti u tri\ndijela od kojih \u0107e se pe\u0107i tri kore na 180 \u00b0C, svaka po 15-17 minuta. Va\u017eno je\nda kore uhvate lagano \u017eu\u0107kastu boju, ali da ostanu svijetle. &nbsp;Za pe\u010denje se mogu koristiti okrugli kalup za\ntortu promjera 26 cm ili manji pleh (cca. 30&#215;22 cm), oblo\u017eeni papirom za\npe\u010denje. Kore ohladiti, najbolje na re\u0161etki kako bi vlaga isparila. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za nadjev sitno izmrviti jednu koru pa u nju dodati sve\nsastojke osim vode. Izmije\u0161ati. Dodavati vru\u0107u vodu i \u017eustro mije\u0161ati dok se ne\ndobije konzistencija guste kreme, ali koja bi se trebala bez suvi\u0161nog napora\nmazati na koru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nadjenuti u kalupu ili plehu u kojem su se kore pekle,\npreliti glazurom \u010diji sastojci su otopljeni na pari ili na elektri\u010dnom kolu uz najni\u017ei\nstupanj temperature.
