{"id":30707,"date":"2019-09-25T09:01:40","date_gmt":"2019-09-25T07:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojevrijeme.hr\/magazin\/?p=30707"},"modified":"2019-09-25T09:01:41","modified_gmt":"2019-09-25T07:01:41","slug":"koga-poslodavac-potjera-sa-65-u-mirovinu-imat-ce-pravo-i-na-otpremninu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mojevrijeme.hr\/magazin\/2019\/09\/koga-poslodavac-potjera-sa-65-u-mirovinu-imat-ce-pravo-i-na-otpremninu\/","title":{"rendered":"Koga poslodavac potjera sa 65 u mirovinu, imat \u0107e pravo i na otpremninu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Izmjene mirovinske reforme neugodno su iznenadile poslodavce. \u0160ef Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca <strong>Davor Majeti\u0107<\/strong> upozorava da \u0107e tro\u0161ak otpremnina koje \u0107e poslodavci morati platiti radnicima, ako ih \u017eele umiroviti prije 68. godine \u2013 biti ogroman. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naime, prema novim prijedlozima zakona poslanima u javnu raspravu, poslodavci vi\u0161e ne mogu pregovarati s radnikom \u017eeli li on nakon 65. godine ostati raditi, jer se radniku omogu\u0107ava da sam odlu\u010di \u017eeli li raditi do 68. godine. \u201cRadnicima koje poslodavac vi\u0161e ne treba nakon 65. godine morat \u0107e ponuditi uvjete sporazumnog raskida ugovora o radu, odnosno otpremnine, \u0161to je tro\u0161ak koji u cijelosti ide na teret poslodavca\u201d, rekao je. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uz to, strahuje Majeti\u0107, poslodavci \u0107e i dalje morati\npokrivati cjelokupne tro\u0161kove bolovanja radnika starijih od 65 godina. Ako navedenim\ndokumentima to nije odre\u0111eno, radnik nema pravo na otpremninu prilikom odlaska\nu mirovinu.
