Kako u pincu od osam jaja idu \u010detiri cijela i \u010detiri \u017eumanjka ostala su \u010detiri bjelanjka. Usput su se na\u0161la jo\u0161 dva i eto prilike da probamo ne\u0161to novo od bjelanjaka.\u00a0Da ne budu uvijek samo puslice, odlu\u010dio sam napraviti kakao plo\u0161ke s\u00a0bloga &#8220;Knjiga recepata by Nina&#8221;. To je jedan od blogova koje redovno posje\u0107ujem i koji obiluje jednostavnim, finim i ma\u0161tovitim receptima. Onako kako volim, bez puno komplikacija.<\/p>\n<p>Puno razmi\u0161ljanja nije bilo; sve potrebne sastojke imam kod ku\u0107e. Jedino nisam imao gro\u017e\u0111ice koje su bile potro\u0161ene za pincu, ali po meni gro\u017e\u0111ice i nisu potrebne. Drugi puta \u0107u staviti sitno sjeckanu \u010dokoladu. U nedostatku glatkog bra\u0161na koristio sam o\u0161tro pa je zbog toga, po mom mi\u0161ljenju, kola\u010d malo tvrd, ali to mu ne umanjuje kvalitetu. Boja je dosta tamna zbog kakaa jer uvijek koristim gorki kakao, a i kola\u010d je ra\u0111en sa duplim sastojcima. Pa\u017eljivo uz neprestano mije\u0161anje uliti otopljeni maslac. Dobro promije\u0161ati.\u00a0Pomije\u0161ati i prosijati bra\u0161no sa kakaom i lagano dodavati u smjesu bjelanjaka, mije\u0161ati mikserom na najslabijoj brzini ili ru\u010dno pomo\u0107u lopatice.\u00a0Uliti smjesu u kalup za pe\u010denje dimenzija 25 x 22 cm ili neki drugi sli\u010dnih dimenzija (pekao sam u kalupu za kruh) i pe\u0107i u prethodno zagrijanoj pe\u0107nici na 190 \u00b0C oko 15 minuta, a po potrebi i malo du\u017ee.
