To je i opasno i mo\u017ee uzrokovati te\u0161ke posljedice, javlja <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Deutsche Welle (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dw.com\/hr\/ne-vjerujte-influencerima-bez-vode-se-ne-mo%C5%BEe-%C5%BEivjeti\/a-52729906\" target=\"_blank\">Deutsche Welle<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sophie Prana<\/strong> \u017eivi \u017eivot na kojoj joj mnogi mogu pozavidjeti: putuje mnogo, stalno je na svje\u017eem zraku, bavi se jogom i zdravo se hrani. To tako barem tvrdi na svom Instagram kanalu na kojem ju prati 19.000 korisnika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uvijek iznova tvrdi kako ve\u0107 preko godine dana nije popila ni kap vode. Ona u istom videu govori o &#8220;\u017eivu\u0107oj&#8221; i &#8220;mrtvoj&#8221; vodi te da treba piti samo onu prvu. Prana na kraju tvrdi kako joj se i ko\u017ea oporavila otkada ne pije &#8220;mrtvu&#8221; vodu. Sve to pri\u010da \u0161iroko otvorenih o\u010diju pogleda uprtog u kameru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sli\u010dno mi\u0161ljenje zastupa i influencerica <strong>Alise Miksta<\/strong>, jedna Letonka koja \u017eivi u Dubaiju. I ona iz pustinje poru\u010duje da voda uop\u0107e nije potrebna za uravnote\u017eeni \u017eivot kako se to op\u0107enito misli. Ona dodu\u0161e pije ne\u0161to vode svaki dan ali &#8220;svakako ne dvije litre&#8221; kako se preporu\u010duje. I svoje tvrdnje vezane uz vodu potkrepljuje &#8220;znanstvenim&#8221; studijama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obje \u201einfluencerice\u201c se hrane veganskom sirovom hranom. poput Prane. Posebno ga iritira njezina tvrdnja o &#8220;mrtvoj&#8221; i  &#8220;\u017eivoj&#8221; vodi. Pri normalnom unosu hrane od oko 2.500 kilokalorija dnevno, se u tijelo unosi ne vi\u0161e od 0,9 litara teku\u0107ine preko \u010dvrste hrane. Samo tijelo dnevno tako\u0111er proizvodi ne\u0161to vode tako da se ukupno radi o oko 1,5 litara vode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No s obzorom na to da dnevne potrebe tijela za vodom iznosi oko 2,5 litara vode ili i vi\u0161e, ostatak se mora dodatno unijeti. Do ove vrijednosti se uglavnom dolazi izra\u010dunom potrebe bubrega koji \u010diste \u0161tetne tvari iz organizma. No ove preporuke vrijede i za mlade i zdrave osobe.
