Kako sam &#8220;slab&#8221; na stare, jednostavne i provjerene recepte odlu\u010dio sam ih odmah isprobati. Maleni i prhki s\u00a0filom od \u010dokolade, odu\u0161evili su \u00a0sve\u00a0koji su ih probali.\u00a0Tijesto puno arome limuna i ruma isprva me iznenadilo svojom teksturom, bilo je to jako mekano, ali kao i svako drugo tijesto, i ovo se mora odmoriti u hladnjaku bar 1 sat prije izrade kola\u010di\u0107a da se sa njime mo\u017ee lak\u0161e raditi. Iskreno, moje tijesto je u hladnjaku provelo cijelu no\u0107.\u00a0Za ovako fine slastice koristim i finu \u010dokoladu. Dodati im bra\u0161no i rum. Zamijesiti tijesto i ostaviti ga u hladnjaku barem 1 sat.\u00a0Od tijesta oblikovati kuglice veli\u010dine tre\u0161nje i umakati ih u bjelanjke, a zatim ih uvaljati u mljevene bademe ili orahe. Slagati ih u lim oblo\u017een papirom za pe\u010denje i pe\u0107i na 180\u00b0C oko 20 minuta.\u00a0U me\u0111uvremenu na pari otopiti \u010dokoladu s maslacem, pustiti da se malo ohladi.
