Svaku narezanu traku koso motajte\u00a0oko kalupa paze\u0107i da se svaki navoj tijesta preklapa preko prethodnog &#8211; od dna prema vrhu. \u00a0Kornete pecite\u00a0u pe\u0107nici zagrijanoj na 200 \u00b0C dok ne poprime lagano sme\u0111u boju. Vratite na vatru i kuhajt nekoliko minuta uz stalno mije\u0161anje dok se krema ne zgusne. Kuhanu kremu maknite s vatre i pustite da se hladi.<\/p>\n<p>Dok se krema hladi, u mlaku dodajte vanilin \u0161e\u0107er i maslac, dobro izmije\u0161ajte da se sve dobro pove\u017ee. U skroz ohla\u0111enu kremu dodajte kri\u0161ku limuna (zajedno sa korom da pusti aromu).\u00a0Pomo\u0107u vre\u0107ice za ukra\u0161avanje kremom punite pripremljene kornete, a po \u017eelji vrh svakog korneta uvaljajte u mljevene orahe ili bademe.
