Pomije\u0161ati bra\u0161no, sol, zobene pahuljice, pra\u0161ak za pecivo i sodu bikarbonu.\u00a0U posudi za mije\u0161anje izmiksati jaja sa sme\u0111im \u0161e\u0107erom dok ne postanu pjenasta, dodati kiselo vrhnje i lagano umije\u0161ati rastopljeni maslac. Kad se smjesa pove\u017ee umije\u0161ati bra\u0161no (nije potrebno dugo mije\u0161ati kako bi muffini ostali lagani i prozra\u010dni) i ostaviti sa strane da miruje 10-ak minuta.\u00a0Nakon \u0161to smjesa odstoji, umije\u0161ati borovnice i puniti kalup za muffine do 2\/3 visine. Kalup staviti u vru\u0107u pe\u0107nicu oko 25 minuta dok muffini ne postanu zlatnosme\u0111i (provjeriti \u010da\u010dkalicom dali su dovoljno pe\u010deni, ako \u010da\u010dkalica izlazi \u010dista muffini su gotovi).
