U izvornom receptu koristi se velika koli\u010dina mljevenih oraha \u0161to po meni ispada bolje kao tijesto za ro\u0161\u010di\u0107e nego za pitu&#8221;, pi\u0161e <strong>Hrvoje<\/strong>, kuhar portala <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kuzinavanje.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Kuzinavanje.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Kako su orasi dosta masni zamijenio sam ih s manjom koli\u010dinom mljevenih badema (koji su isto masni, ali ne u tolikoj mjeri kao orasi) i pove\u0107ao koli\u010dinu bra\u0161na, dok su ostale koli\u010dine sastojaka i sami sastojci ostali isti. Na moje zadovoljstvo, a i na zadovoljstvo ostalih koji su probali\u00a0pitu, okus je ostao jednako dobar. U sredini napravite udubljenje te u njega dodajte maslac narezan na kockice. Rukama izmije\u0161ajte i dlanovima utrljajte maslac u bra\u0161no da se dobije smjesa sli\u010dna kru\u0161nim mrvicama. Dodajte jedan\u00a0\u017eumanjak i izradite elasti\u010dno tijesto. Oblikujte ga u kuglu te prekriveno ostavite u hladnjaku da odmara oko 30 minuta.\u00a0Pe\u0107nicu zagrijte na 180 \u00b0C. Kalup za kola\u010de promjera 24 cm (sa odvojivim dnom, kao kalup za tart) prema\u017eite maslacem. Oko 2\/3 tijesta stavite na lagano pobra\u0161njenu radnu povr\u0161inu te izvaljajte u malo ve\u0107i krug veli\u010dine promjera kalupa. Kalup oblo\u017eite tijestom i ostaviti oko 3 cm visoke rubove. Tijesto prema\u017eite d\u017eemom.\u00a0Ostatak tijesta razvaljajte i dekorativno nare\u017eite na 1 &#8211; 2 cm \u0161iroke trakice pa\u00a0ih stavite na povr\u0161inu kola\u010da u obliku mre\u017ee.
