Zove se Thai Chi."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Studija nedavno objavljena u <a href=\"http:\/\/bjsm.bmj.com\/content\/early\/2015\/09\/04\/bjsports-2014-094388.short?rss=1\" target=\"_blank\">British Journal of Sports Medicine<\/a> ka\u017ee da su <strong>Thai Chi<\/strong> vje\u017ebe izuzetno dobre i prikladne za starije ljude koji pate od artritisa. Ovo staro kinesko umije\u0107e pobolj\u0161ava fizi\u010dke performanse i op\u0107enito podi\u017ee kvalitetu \u017eivota. Ina\u010de, Thai Chi kombinira tehniku dubokog disanja i relaksaciju s blagim i polaganim pokretima kojima je cilj poticanje tzv. &#8216;chija&#8217;, tj.\u017eivotne energije. Takav na\u010din vje\u017ebanja tako\u0111er poma\u017ee i kroni\u010dnoj opstruktivnoj bolesti plu\u0107a.<\/p>\n<p>No to nisu sve blagodati Thai Chija. On mo\u017ee pobolj\u0161ati tjelesno stanje ljudi s karcinomom dojke ili sr\u010danim smetnjama, dodaju znanstvenici sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta British Columbije iz Vancouvera. Stoga i ne treba \u010duditi da taoisti\u010dki mudraci ovu vje\u0161tinu zovu &#8216;eliksir mladosti&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Ina\u010de, za\u010detnik Thai Chija,\u00a0<strong>Chang\u00a0San\u2013Feng<\/strong>\u00a0\u017eivio je u 13. stolje\u0107u na svetoj planini Wudang u Kini. Yi-Wen Chen<\/strong>, \u00a0ka\u017ee da ona podupire prija\u0161nja istra\u017eivanja, a analizirano ih je 30 i sve su pokazale u\u010dinkovitost Thai Chija kod starijih pacijenata s kroni\u010dnim bolestima.
