Naime, 14 puta dnevno je &#8220;norma&#8221; za prosje\u010dnu zdravu osobu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koliko puta dnevno ispu\u0161tamo te nevidljive, ali smrdljive obla\u010di\u0107e ovisi o prehrani, lijekovima te brojnim drugim \u010dimbenicima. Starije osobe, smatraju stru\u010dnjaci, imaju sporiji metabolizam pa bi to mogao biti uzrok njihove poja\u010dane plinske aktivnosti. Hrana se tako du\u017ee zadr\u017eava u probavnim sustavu \u0161to je jedan od preduvjeta za stvaranje plinova.
