{"id":84463,"date":"2023-09-02T09:27:03","date_gmt":"2023-09-02T07:27:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojevrijeme.hr\/magazin\/?p=84463"},"modified":"2023-09-02T09:27:06","modified_gmt":"2023-09-02T07:27:06","slug":"zdrava-i-aromaticna-salata-od-cikle-na-americki-nacin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mojevrijeme.hr\/magazin\/2023\/09\/zdrava-i-aromaticna-salata-od-cikle-na-americki-nacin\/","title":{"rendered":"Zdrava i aromati\u010dna salata od cikle na &#8216;ameri\u010dki na\u010din&#8217;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Sezona je cikle, vrijednog korjenastog povr\u0107a koje hrvatski vrtlari rado uzgajaju, ponajvi\u0161e zbog nezahtjevnosti same vrste, ali i visokih prinosa koje je relativno lako posti\u0107i. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako je kod cikle upotrebljiv i list koji se mo\u017ee pripremati na varivo ili le\u0161o, ba\u0161 kao blitvu ili \u0161pinat, u ovom prilogu koncentrirat \u0107emo se na njen zadebljali korijen koji je bogat C vitaminom i vlaknima. C vitamin je sna\u017ean antioksidans koji poma\u017ee u zacjeljivanju rana, dok su vlakna nu\u017ena za normalan rad crijeva. Uz to, cikla sadr\u017ei i folnu kiselinu koja je nu\u017ena za proizvodnju crvenih krvnih stanica, prevenciju bolesti i prevenciju defekata neuralne cijevi (kongenitalnih mana). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sitno riban svje\u017e korijen cikle, uz malo ulja, octa i soli postaje izda\u0161na i zdrava salata, a jednako vrijedan je i svje\u017ee istisnuti sok cikle koji, radi boljeg okusa, mo\u017eemo mije\u0161ati sa sokom mrkve ili jabuke. U loncu pomije\u0161ajte ocat, vodu, \u0161e\u0107er, sol, cimet i klin\u010di\u0107e. Pustite da zavrije. Dodajte narezanu ciklu i kuhajte 3 minute. Izvadite \u0161tapi\u0107 cimeta i bacite ga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa\u017eljivo prebacite ciklu i teku\u0107inu u \u010distu staklenku. Zatvorite staklenku i stavite je preko no\u0107i na hladno mjesto ili u hladnjak (nakon \u0161to se malo prohladi). Va\u017eno je da cikla odstoji prije poslu\u017eivanja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prije poslu\u017eivanja ocijedite. Poslu\u017eite u sendvi\u010du, u tortilji, kao salatu ili prilog.
